Who we are

This site is run by Amphora Research Systems Ltd on behalf of the Foundation. It lets you generate and download flight plans — the documents that guide delivery of the Better Conversations course. To do that we ask you for a few details about the set you want and, optionally, about you and your delivery team.

What we collect

When you request flight plans we record:

• Your request — the release, page size, style and format you chose, so we can generate the right documents.
• Your email address (optional) — only if you give it. It is required only when you ask us to keep in touch about new releases or to arrange a conversation.
• Delivery team names (optional) — facilitators, producer, observer and sponsor, used to personalise the documents you download.
• Your notes (optional) — anything you tell us about how you plan to use the material.
• Your IP address — recorded automatically with the request to help us investigate problems and prevent abuse.

Why we keep it, and for how long

We keep the details of your flight plan request for 7 days so that, if something goes wrong with your download, we can look into it and put it right. After 7 days we remove the personal details — your email address, IP address and the delivery-team names you entered — and delete the documents we generated, but we keep an anonymous record that a request was made, so we can see how the material is being used. Unless you asked us to keep in touch or to arrange a conversation (see below), nothing that identifies you remains.

If you asked us to keep in touch about new releases or to arrange a conversation, we keep the details of your request — including your email address — so that we can do that, rather than anonymising them after 7 days. We hold onto them only until you ask us to stop: tell us any time and we will remove them.
